Working with Hayley has given me my sanity back! It was actually the third time I tried outsourcing when I found Hayley and I kind of felt like I’ve found my match right from the get go. Her level of detail, understanding of my style and just general service just blew me away. She’s always on top of her communication and always delivers on time (and often before!) and is through and through such a lovely person.

I am really passionate about my photography business and was quite hesitant to have someone else edit my work. Hayley really took the time to get to know my style and what I liked. We went through several examples to get the formula right and it has completely changed my workflow, for the better. I have always enjoyed editing and would consider myself quite the perfectionist so was hesitant to hand over the reigns to Hayley but I knew something had to give. Having Hayley join forces with me has helped restructure my business in the most positive way. Seriously how can I put in to words how awesome Hayley is? As someone who has to wear ALL the hats in their wedding photography business I have just been used to working all hours to be the photographer, the business keeper upper of things, the editor, the everything! With a few changes in my non-business life this year it meant it was completely impossible for me to keep doing this hence needing to find someone to help with the editing STAT! In the past when I have reached out to other editors to start an editor-photographer relationship it has always gone nowhere fast. Editors need to be good listeners and interpreters of a photographer’s style and Hayley did that QUICK! She just got it. She is fast and on time. She goes above and beyond. Seriously this woman is the answer to all my prayers (in a totally atheistic way). Seriously USE HER. She is amazing!
