FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What do you charge? And do you charge tax?
    For lightroom processing I charge .40c per image for 400 selects and up or .50c for 400 and below in AUD excluding GST For retouching please get in contact with me for a more accurate quote
  • Can we do a trial run first?
    Absolutely! In fact I highly recommend it as it helps you gain an insight of what it would be like to work with me and it helps me gain a better understanding into learning your style before going ahead with an entire job. To do a trial run simply get in touch and we can get it set up for you!
  • Whos editing my photos? Will I be passed around from person to person?
    I’m a one-stop shop, you won’t be passed around one bit! This is how I maintain my high level of consistency and over time really get to be able to nail your desired look quickly and accurately. Working just with me also allows for better and stronger communication.
  • How long does it take?
    From the time I recieve the files to the time you get them back it will be a maximum of 10 buisness days for lightroom processing. For retouching please get in touch for a more accurate timeline. Rush orders are possible just let me know!
  • Is there minimums or a lock in contract?
    Nope! No minimums or contracts here
  • How do i get started?

  • I dont really like my preset, can you help me create/find a new one?"
    No problem! I can work with you to find something you will love
  • What happens if im not 100% happy with the edits?
    I will make it right! It can take the first job or two to get it 100% right but by supplying "approved" or green flagged edits in your lightroom catalog it will help streamline and lessen the chances of being off track. Just get in touch and let me know and i will have it corrected and back to you within 24 hours
  • What if i work in an older verison of Lightroom?
    I can work in Lightroom 5, Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic
  • Can you provide black and whites?
    If you require an additonal whole set of black and whites its an additional charge of $50. If you just require for example 30% black and white and the rest colour then there is no addtional charge
  • What if I need additional retouching done to my images that isnt included in the standard processing
    No problem, I can offer retouching for things that are tricky/not possible to remove in Lightroom. Just get in touch for a quote. Things like dust/flies and other minor spot removal that I can do in Lightroom is included in the rate.
